Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Al Khayr is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the carrier.
Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
