Al Khayr Return & Refund Policy

At Al Khayr, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items to our warehouse for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.

All exchange orders will be delivered within our standard shipping time frame.

Standard Size Items

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping charges.
  • Returned items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • Free from damage, stains, or alterations
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Clearance items and overtops are eligible for exchange or store credit only and are not refundable.

Custom Tailored & Custom Designed Items

  • Any item tailored to your measurements or customized through our Design Your Own (DYO) service is non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment has been made.
  • As these garments are specially made to your preferences, refunds or cancellations cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

Accessories

  • Accessories may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned in good condition.

Attars & Undergarments

For hygiene and safety reasons, all attars and undergarments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

Special Orders

Special Orders are exclusively made or sourced for individual customers and are therefore non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment has been confirmed.

Delayed Orders & Damaged Items

While Al Khayr aims to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

  • Refund eligibility for delayed orders will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:
    • The damaged item(s)
    • The courier packaging
  • Damaged items may be replaced provided they have not been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise tampered with.

Please note:

  • Custom tailored or custom designed items are not eligible for refunds due to delivery delays.
  • In certain situations, Al Khayr may offer a partial store credit or voucher as a goodwill gesture.
